Please note: First time applicants must register and create a user ID & password prior to applying for drug-free workplace certification. Once you have completed the registration, you may proceed to the application for certification.

  • You will need to provide your company name and your company's FEIN in order to complete the registration and application.
  • The application must be signed by an officer or owner. The officer/owner may type their name in the appropriate fields as a signature.

Renewals: If you have forgotten your User ID and/or password, do not attempt to re-register. Click Forgot User ID or Forgot Password to have it emailed to you. If your company's primary contact & email address has changed, please call 404-651-7839 to have your information updated.

The access granted to this portal is limited to employers only. Insurers do not have access to the DFWP portal.

If an authorized user knowingly or unknowingly allows unauthorized access to the Board's DFWP portal, the Board may immediately terminate access to that user.

By proceeding, the user accepts and acknowledges that the DFWP certificate affirms only that the user has complied with all the requirements of the Board's Drug-Free Workplace Program. The DFWP website does not certify that an employer has current workers' compensation insurance coverage.
