You should not divulge your password to anyone in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail. No authorized user shall knowingly use or cause to permit his/her login or password to be used by anyone other than an authorized employee of his/her company. If an authorized user knowingly or unknowingly, allows unauthorized access to ICMS, or other SBWC websites, SBWC may immediately terminate access to ICMS or other SBWC websites. Attorneys seeking to file documents electronically must be admitted to practice in the State of Georgia and must be in good standing. No attorney shall knowingly use or cause to permit his/her login or password to be used by anyone other than an authorized employee of his/her law firm. No person shall knowingly use or cause another person to use the login or password of any registered user unless such person is an authorized employee of the law firm. Insurers/self-insurers/group funds seeking to file documents electronically must be approved by SBWC and be in good standing. No insurers/self-insurers/group fund shall knowingly use or cause another person to use the login or password of any registered user unless such person is an authorized employee of the employer/insurer/claims office. The access granted shall be limited to only those people who handle or adjust claims. Claims Offices seeking to file documents electronically must be approved by SBWC and be in good standing. No claims offices shall knowingly use or cause another person to use the login or password of any registered user unless such person is an authorized employee of the claims office. The access granted shall be limited to only those people who handle or adjust claims. EDI employees of an self-insurer/insurer/claims office or EDI vendors of an self-insurer/insurer/claims office shall not access to ICMS claims files. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Registration ------------------ By submitting this registration form, the registrant agrees to abide by all Board Rules, orders, policies, and procedures governing the use of the Integrated Claims Management System (ICMS) filing system. The combination of login and password will serve as the signature of the registrant filing the documents. Registrants must protect the security of their login and password, then immediately notify the Board if they learn their login has been compromised. Receipt of an Integrated Claims Management System (ICMS) filing login and password constitutes a request for electronic service and electronic notice pursuant to Board Rules. The filing party shall serve the pleading or other document upon all persons entitled to receive notice or service in accordance with applicable Rules and procedures. The fact that a party files a document electronically does not alter the filing deadline for that document.
